The school library media specialist will provide print and online resources such as the Gale Virtual Reference Library and ICONN (State of Connecticut online resources) and instruct students in the effective use of databases and ebooks. The specialist will instruct students about methods to refine their search strategies and to evaluate the quality of the resources. Students will be encouraged to use both primary and secondary sources for their research.
